A partnership agreement was signed between the National Group Fixed Solutions for Digital Transformation and Information Security Services and Banque Misr at Banque Misr headquarters, and this agreement was signed by Mohamed Al-Harithi, CEO of the Services and Business Development Sector of the National Group Fixed Solutions, and Ihab Dora, Head of the Retail Banking Sector and Branches And regions in Banque Misr, in the presence of Mahmoud Tawfik, CEO of the National Group, and Eng. Yasser Lotfy, Executive Vice President for Digital Transformation Services.
The agreement stipulates a framework for cooperation and partnership between the two sides in integration, technological development, information security services and integration to provide electronic payment channels for Banque Misr on the unified platform for electricity services and other digital platforms to provide public utility services, by making available the elements of technological integration between the two sides in order to facilitate citizens’ access to Various services.
This agreement comes as an enhancement and implementation of the state’s vision to maximize the benefit from information technology in improving the quality of services provided to citizens and maximizing the role of national partnerships in cooperation with Banque Misr in providing opportunities and capabilities capable of building an integrated system compatible with the needs of the Egyptian citizens and expanding the means of cooperation between the private sector in All disciplines to support the digital transformation system and provide new elements of digital solutions that are sustainable.
And to ensure the sustainability of business and activate that partnership between the two parties, so that the scope of business includes all elements of integration using systems of integration and insured connectivity between the two sides to ensure the achievement of efficient transactions across digital platforms that are entrusted with providing electronic services.
This agreement included starting to provide all domains and preparing for integration work to be included in the framework of partnership and cooperation to carry out all the elements of the digital integration system, which are determined in the partnership contract between the two parties, provided that representatives from both sides are formed to follow up and complete the means of cooperation and how to develop and update the joint work and tasks between the two sides .
