The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology announced the launch of 18 services on the government’s digital platform and on mobile applications in Port Said Governor-ate.
The government is working to launch about 25 electronic government services that fall under many digital services, which may reach 174 services, and at the beginning of this month after launching about 18 services in Port Said.
“Elyoum Elsabea” provides steps for registration on the electronic portal of the digital transformation system, which provides 18 different electronic services to citizens in Port Said Governor-ate.
1- Entering the e-government services portal at the following link: www.digital.gov.eg.
2- Choose to register a new user and register on the portal through the user’s national ID.
3- Completing the required data: “The national number, the factory number (it is a number consisting of letters and numbers below the personal photo on the national ID card), the mother’s name, and the phone number.”
4- Waiting for the code that was sent on the user’s mobile, and through it the account will be activated.
5- The stage of confirming the identity of the user by answering a number of personal questions, such as: “The name of a child, his birth date, whether he owns a car or not, whether the mother is alive or not, the pension indicator.”
6- Starting to benefit from the service of the digital transformation system.
And the price of the service via the Internet is the same as in its place added to it 4 pounds, and if the service is more than 500 pounds, an additional 5 pounds is added to the service.
The electronic services for catering included issuing a replacement for lost and damaged card, activating the digital transformation card, and documenting services include 9 electronic services, which are general power of attorney in cases, official power of attorney, power of attorney, marital matters, authorization of deletion, approval of correction of an editor , Acknowledgment of acceptance of survey data, an official and general declaration,While family services included: an official copy of a personal status document marriage, an official copy extract of a non-Muslim marriage status document, an official photo extract of a personal status document divorce, an official photo extract of a personal status document a review.
As for the services of the Family Prosecution, the Family Court, it included both: a request for an extract of an official copy of the cases of guardianship over oneself, and a request for testimony from the reality of the schedule of cases for guardianship over oneself.
